Space Rental
Living Arts is pleased to offer our spaces to you and your clients in both our Mason and Williamston locations. We want to offer more classes, performances, programs, parties, workshops and other community serviced events. As each studio is different, let's go over the Mason Studio and then the Williamston Studio.
MASON STUDIO: Located at 409 N. Cedar St., Mason, MI. This building is owned by the Vlahakis Companies and is right next door to Not Just Guns. The space has been kept modern, following the Boho decorating style with laminant flooring, three (3) bathrooms, a changing room, kitchenette and a large lobby area. This studio has two (2) spaces which can be used independently. Studio A is 20' x 26' and Studio B is 26' x 36'. Both have dance ballet bars installed and a door for more privacy.
WILLIAMSTON STUDIO: Located at 120 E. Grand River Ave., Williamston, MI. The building is known as Kellar's Plaza and was renovated into a Victorian themed design. We share a community hallway and two (2) bathrooms. Living Arts has one space which has three separate areas: Activity Area = 39' x 36', Sitting Area = 11' x 18', Equipment/Clothes Area = 11' x 18'. We have a stationary counter. This studio has hosted our Halloween Spooktacular that seated 100 people. It has been kept open and airy with a recently installed laminate flooring system. There are some theater lighting, LCD projector, TV and other simple special effects equipment. To find studio using GPS, add Living Arts Dance Studio to your search, or use 100 E. Current time slot availability is open. The spaces are available on a first-come, first-serve basis. We have tables and folding chairs at no additional fee. As Living Arts has dance classes on Monday - Thursday from 4-9PM in both studios. We have Gentle Yoga, in Williamston, on Monday's and Thursday's from 9:30 - 11:30AM. We do have an active calendar to see current classes, rehearsals, and other space use possibilities.
