Intensive sessions are geared toward increasing performance quality while improving in specific styles, techniques, and physical conditioning. This is the time where dance teams learn to work together finding space in the world of dance. We have Technique, Conditioning and Jazz/Acro offered one after the other on Monday nights in our Williamston Studio.
